Good Morning Blue Hills Country Club! There have been many projects being accomplished this winter season on the golf course. One of these projects is the new driving range tee turf, which is being glued down as we speak. This new turf on the driving range tee will not only give a superb, clean, professional look, but it will also allow for more diverse hitting options that golfers will encounter on the golf course. The new artificial turf will have the regular square mat that you are used to hitting from, but it will also have a longer turf surrounding it to emulate the rough. This new style of driving range mat is sure to give the members more practice before heading to number 1 tee.
